Our company's societal mission is "marketing for the consumer," and we are involved in marketing and sales promotion support work for our valued customers. It is therefore only natural for us to establish fully secure systems and engage in the protection of personal information we handle in the course of business, including the Personal Information Protection Policy given below.

Personal Information Protection Policy

1.About our personal information protection initiatives (personal information protection management systems)
We have set forth regulations and established organizational management in order to properly protect personal information, will work to properly protect personal information, and will continue to review and improve our initiatives.
2.Acquisition, use, and provision of personal information
We will properly acquire, use and provide personal and employee information we handle in the course of business, and will not use it beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specific purpose(s) of use. We will receive consent from the person(s) applicable in advance if we want to use personal information for purposes beyond those specific ones.
3.Safe management of personal information
We have appropriate preventative measures and corrective measures for safe management in place so that personal information acquired directly by documents or from consignors is not improperly accessed, leaked, lost, destroyed, altered, or the like. Information obtained from consigners is strictly used and managed based on contracts. Additionally, in cases where we consign the handling of personal information externally, we require the strict management of personal information and implementation of safe management via contracts.
4.Complaints and consultations regarding personal information.
We will swiftly handle complaints and consultations regarding personal information.
5.Personal information laws, policies, and norms
We will respect laws and norms that apply to personal information we possess and will maintain and improve initiatives and protection activities via the above items.

We have received privacy mark accreditation for the appropriate handling of personal information from the Japan Information Processing Development Center (JIPDEC).

Personal Information Handling

For our personal information handling, we respect the following in protecting personal information based on our Personal Information Protection Policy.

Purposes of Using Personal Information

    We will use personal information within the scope of the purpose(s) of use given in work consignment contracts with consignors.

* We will not use personal information for reasons other than the purpose of use without the individual in question’s consent.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual in question.
However, this does not apply in cases where we receive a request from judicial or government agencies or similar counterparts on a legal basis.

Safe Management of Personal Information

We will work to prevent improper access, loss, alteration, leakage, etc. and strive for safe and correct information management through establishing safe management measures based on our Personal Information Protection Policy.
Additionally, we will dispose of/delete information by appropriate methods at the time that said information becomes unnecessary.

Work Consignment

We may consign work regarding the handling of personal information externally within the scope of the aforementioned purpose of use.
We select consignees that we deem appropriate based on standards we set forth, conclude a contract for securing appropriate handling of information, and properly manage and supervise the companies so that safe management is undertaken.

Please be aware that we may not be able to provide you with appropriate responses and services if you are unable to provide us with accurate personal information.

    Personal information possessed by the company subject to disclosure (individual names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) and the purpose of use.
    However, we may not be able to disclose information if the following apply.

    • If there is a risk that notifying the individual in question or publicizing the information would harm the individual or a third party's life, health, assets, or other rights and interests
    • If there is a risk that notifying the individual in question or publicizing the information would hinder the company’s performance of work
    • If there is a need to assist national organizations or local public authorities in performing work stipulated by law and there is a risk that notifying the individual in question or publicizing the information would hinder the performance of said work.

    Requests may be made by the individual in question or his or her representative regarding the disclosure, correction of, addition to, deletion, or cessation of use of provision to third parties of personal information subject to disclosure possessed by the company by filling out the following designated Disclosure, etc. Request Form (1) (Fill in all required items), attaching required documents (2) and (3), paying any designated fees (postage-related costs) (4), and sending them all in an envelope making a request to the point of contact.

      • Documents confirming the individual's identity: copy of either driver's license*, passport*, or health insurance card
      • For driver's licenses and passports, please ensure that you either are aware that your legal domicile is included or cover the copy so that the legal domicile cannot be seen.
    3. 3.Request made via representative: submit the below documents in addition to (1) and (2)
      • An official letter declaring that you are the individual's representative (direct signature of the individual and his or her personal seal required)
      • Documents confirming the representative's identity: copy of either driver's license*, passport*, or health insurance card
      • For driver's licenses and passports, please ensure that you either are aware that your legal domicile is included or cover the copy so that the legal domicile cannot be seen.

      Note 1. The Personal Information Disclosure, Etc. Request Form, identifying documents, and documents required of the representative submitted will only be used for purposes of disclosure work and will not be used in any other way.

      Note 2. We will not be able to respond to requests for disclosure, etc. if there are discrepancies in the individual's or representative's confirmation and we are unable to confirm identity.

    4. 4.Designated fees (postage-related costs)

      If you wish you have your written responses returned via standard mail, include a return envelope with the appropriate stamp(s). If you wish to have your written responses returned via recorded delivery, include a return envelope with appropriate stamps as well as a stamp for the appropriate recorded delivery fee.

  4. 3.Method of requesting disclosure, etc. of personal information subject to disclosure

    Requests may be made by the individual in question or his or her representative regarding the disclosure, correction of, addition to, deletion, or cessation of use of provision to third parties of personal information subject to disclosure possessed by the company categories and purposes of use by filling out the following designated Disclosure, etc. Request Form (1) (Fill in all required items), attaching required documents (2) and (3), paying any designated fees (postage-related costs) (4), and sending them all in an envelope making a request to the point of contact.
